This mid-engine super car has Unbelievable design, 3 electric motors and
twin supercharged engine. Hood vent, side cooling vents and offers down
force to the car. There is even a vent above the tail lights that
merges with the rear wing to create down force. This makes the vehicle
more stable at high speeds. The design offers critical cooling, down
force and makes the drag coefficient lower. There are 3 radiators, clutch coolers, intercoolers and more to keep every cooler.
Open the lever handle, inside there is head clearance, and a supportive seat that offers great comfort. The steering wheel was designed to meet multiple drivers positions. There's s flat top and bottom of the wheel to be more accommodating. The interface is simple and function yet very driver oriented. Alcantera and leather seats are standard with optional all leather seats.
Driving factors: New sports experience - driver centric cockpit and peak performance.
Instant acceleration (incredible G-feeling)
Direct Yaw control (super handling)
Integrated dynamic system (wide range)

Cross shopped:
Ferrari 458 Italia
Audi R8 V10 Plus
Porsche 911 Turbo
When looking at a SuperCar the driving experience is critical. Direct, linear thrust, weight balance and load transfer, 0-60mph. times, driver centric cockpit, brake response and suspension quality.

The NSX has the lowest CG in the class. Compact with a low center of gravity, minimizing overhang and lower center of mass. This all leads to better downforce, cooling and aerodynamics. Impressive high speed stability on the track.
Inside the low cockpit and instruments offer better visibility. The seats were comfortable and no sliding around with the Alcantra inserts. The steering wheel is carbon fiber with the top and bottom flattened. The seats offered lumbar as well.

The instantaneous acceleration comes from a V6 with 500 hp, Plus a direct drive motor, and a. Twin motors in the front backed by a 9-speed DCT transmission. The turbo charged motor is a 3.5L DOHC Twin -Turbo V6 with 500hp and 406 lb-ft torque and a 10.0:1 compression ratio. The direct drive motor add 47 hp and 109 lb-ft of torque and adding in the twin motor unit adds 36hp each and an additional 54 lb-ft of torque combines the power to 573hp and 476 lb-ft of torque. The torque comes on right away and the instant acceleration is impressive and responsive.
There is intake sound control, translated as you can hear the exhaust note in the car, but not a deafening experience. It's just right.
State-of-the art aluminum castings, stamping and extrusions merged with steel and carbon fiber creates a rigid ride that is balanced and achieves great ride and handling.
On the road, the cabin is quieter than the competition with sound absorbing insulation. The magnetic ride dampers achieve a wider range and quicker response.
The brakes are more than just carbon rotors and pads, the electro-servo system seamlessly integrates both friction and regenerative brake systems. The cooled brakes were top-of-the-line and could stop on a dime and offers a secure feeling.
Direct yaw control includes torque vectoring to create super handling. This makes the NSX is forgiving on the track and offers an expanded range of driving experiences.
Dynamic systems:
Quiet mode - electric mode for neighborhoods and flying under the radar.
Sport mode - everyday mode that uses electric and gas engines
Sport Plus mode - more steering and an emotional feeling for spirited driving
Track mode - maximizes the brakes, maximum performance and maximum handling and braking efforts.
NSX's revolutionary power and control technology which creates the ultimate Acura experience where man, machine and the road connect.

I am one it's the car coach will need a
special treat for you today
0:06
today we are driving a supercar the 2017
acura nsx I know I sound like I'm all
0:12
excited because i am you know when
you're driving cars every day you know
0:16
whatever manufacture other ok they're
cool cars and not so cool cars but this
0:21
this is more than a cool car
0:23
this is a supercar the NSX is something
we've all been waiting for
0:27
now you may have seen some the ones back
in the early two thousands but this this
0:32
is all that and a bag of chips as they
say it has electric power it has
0:37
gasoline power and its supercharged huge
big ceramic brakes so we had to do
0:42
something special with it
0:43
so we took it to lime rock park and we
did some laps
1:13
yeah
1:26
so now we're on the street drive for the
nsx and although this is much very
1:31
similar to that of an Alfa Romeo it's
kind of a rough ride when you're in the
1:35
Sport Plus mode so we're going to shoot
it down to just the sport for teams
1:40
because of the magnetic shocks and the
suspension design that actually softens
1:44
it consumes a pretty rough ride but it's
a supercar you expect that kind of ride
1:49
over for re or audi re-listening
vehicles and compete with this and
1:54
portia's we're going to have a whopper
right let's try to switch get down
2:00
yeah
2:11
in electric mode
2:18
quiet mood the drone the quiet mode is
great if you're in the neighborhood
2:23
you're sneaking in your parents who did
not to take the nsx and you did and you
2:27
kind of sneaking back in the garage
2:29
you don't want your wife to know your
husband are coming in late this is
2:32
probably the time you want to use the
quiet water you know what I wasn't the
2:35
neighbors but back to the sport and they
are prepping in the exhaust note
2:41
so although it does sound great from
behind and want you to have that
2:45
experience inside the vehicle so they
are plumbing it and then that's going to
2:49
be more and more common we didn't check
out the audio system we use apple
2:52
carplay so reminds me that we need to
update my playlist because and get dated
2:57
the navigation system appears to be
garmin pretty standard
3:03
nothing impressive of the
3:06
what would be expected a pretty standard
setup I really like this during lunch
3:10
with cool there's a softer and I will
totally flat but its rounded flat and
3:14
the bottom as flat as well
3:15
getting getting out easier I find the
gauges to be very easy to read
3:22
they make sense you get your tire
pressure and of course you can adjust
3:25
their cruise control
3:27
you know this is not a honda pilot with
all the goodies this is a supercar that
3:34
is meant to be driven on the track
3:36
have fun with it and look at the other
cars in the category of them may be out
3:40
bre be 10 plus which again we're looking
at a car that category
3:45
they have the OT interface which is
obviously pretty sophisticated as far as
3:49
the seats themselves
3:51
cast one more say yes
3:54
thumbs up for lumbar on the driver side
nothing on the passenger side but the
3:57
seats themselves are comfortable and
thank goodness for the el control they
4:01
keep users are planted in the seat
4:03
the side bolsters the bottom monsters
are give you really good comfort as far
4:07
as visibility for disabilities excellent
surprisingly really well design huge
4:12
side windows which is much better than
some of the super cars that are
4:15
competing with this
4:16
of course behind you're going to get
slightly limited visibility but diamond
4:21
some of the bills that are also
mid-engine this is a nine-speed
4:24
automatic transmission is the optional
with the paddle ships abortion you can
4:28
also put into a full manual mode where
doesn't function for you
4:32
it kind of leaves it on you so that
might be good if you really want to do
4:35
that with reality
4:37
snapple ships and we did on the track
4:42
help with it's like a PDK and a Porsche
just makes no sense but overall i would
4:47
like to vehicle like am 58 and there's
plenty of headroom
4:51
I think if you were 65
4:53
might be a little tight for you but
there's plenty of elbow room plenty of
4:56
legroom of storage really going to store
what in the back i was able to put a
5:02
helmet and my camera bag and my purse
and my co-drivers equipment so there's
5:07
plenty of room for that and in the front
there's nothing of the master cylinder
5:12
and just some other components so it's
kind of neat and then
5:16
by the way when you look at the engine
it's all about this one happens to be
5:19
out round carbon which is the way to go
5:21
it's slightly lower should get a really
great center of gravity
5:25
this is a great draft card it's a fun
track car but i want to put it on the
5:30
trip yeah I'd like to put on the track
every day that my braces burgers but as
5:36
far as on the street and this is
definitely not a winner grow this is not
5:41
an everyday driver card this is a car
you can impress your friends
5:44
you take it out of the weekend to go out
and enjoy the drive
5:48
I hope you have smooth roads and we have
here in New York
5:51
you're driving a vehicle like this on a
track like lime rock and I have to my
5:55
husband has the track record so I'm not
even going to try and compete with that
5:58
this car has the ability to throttle
steer it allows you to trail break it is
6:03
everything you would expect in a
supercar you know when you're driving a
6:07
race car and i drive a race car in the
stre in the Trans Am is vintage trans-am
6:11
series i'm driving an 850 horsepower car
6:14
this is a 500-horsepower engine and
because of the way the computers are
6:18
designed you can roll off the throttle
and actually responds just like a real
6:23
car and that's what it's supposed to do
6:25
we're looking at a car like this it's
made of carbon fiber it's got aluminum
6:28
it's got steel
6:30
it was wisely designed not just give you
safety but also give you an awesome
6:34
looking car in the key with this vehicle
was that it has traction control and
6:38
stability control and all that but once
you put it into the track mode
6:42
everything changes this becomes a real
track car that you can go out and do
6:46
laps and lapsang lapse with whatever
your favorite Club is and still have the
6:51
fun of driving at home and not having to
worry about old i overheat the break so
6:55
what about the tires
6:56
this vehicle is every single thing
you'll need now for more information on
7:01
this car there's some details down below
because i don't have to regurgitate all
7:04
of that for you
7:05
you can read more if you want i highly
suggest that if you want one of these
7:09
get on the list there's a two-year wait
yeah you're going to be looking over a
7:13
hundred fifty two hundred thousand
dollars for a vehicle like this but if
7:16
you can afford it
7:17
you need to have one of these in your
garage for sure for more information you
